At VIMY HR, we believe scaling businesses deserve a true HR department without the overhead. That's why we pair our clients with dedicated pods: a Senior Consultant and an Advisor working together to bring strategy and execution to life. Our values—Commitment, Resourcefulness, Freedom, Integrity, and Generosity—guide everything we do, both for our clients and for each other.

The Senior Consultant serves as the strategic lead for client engagements, partnering with owners and senior leaders of small- to medium-sized businesses to define people strategy and guide long-term HR direction. While HR Advisors support the day-to-day operational work, the Senior Consultant provides high-level insight, establishes priorities, and ensures alignment between business objectives and HR practices.

The role focuses on building strong HR frameworks, enhancing existing programs, and coaching leaders through complex decisions to support sustainable growth. The Senior Consultant leads with confidence, empathy, and sound judgment, strengthening clients' people strategies while empowering Advisors to execute on tactical deliverables.
