• Location: Brisbane (Paddington & surrounds)
• Position: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 (Base + Performance Bonuses)

Your Role: The Brain Behind the Brands
As our Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our venues. From viral reels to high-performing ad campaigns, you'll lead the charge on growth while keeping each brand's personality sharp, fun, and unmistakable.
You'll be doing things like:

• Run end-to-end marketing across multiple hospitality brands.
• Create and execute campaigns that drive foot traffic, sales, and hype.
• Own social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) with high-volume, high-engagement content.
• Launch, manage, and optimise paid ads across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Plan and deliver menu launches, events, collabs, and in-venue activations.
• Manage websites, menus, SEO, EDM, and SMS campaigns.
• Track performance using GA4, Lightspeed, ad platforms, and booking systems.
• Turn data into insights that actually influence decisions.
• Collaborate closely with venue managers, creatives, and leadership.
• Build marketing systems and case studies that set the foundation for future client work.

About You: A Marketer with Hustle and Heart
You're not just a marketer — you're a builder, a tester, and a problem-solver.
You'll thrive here if you:

• Have 4+ years of senior marketing experience and can proudly say, "Yep, I owned that campaign — and it worked."
• Are seriously hands-on with Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, plus Canva/Adobe, GA4, and EDM platforms.
• Love creating content yourself — reels, photos, copy — not just delegating it.
• Can juggle multiple brands at once without turning them into carbon copies.
• Bring an entrepreneurial, scrappy mindset and move fast even when resources are tight.
• Make decisions with data, not guesswork (ROAS, CAC, and AOV are part of your everyday language).

Bonus points if you:

• Have hospitality marketing experience and understand how diners think and behave.
• Know your way around SEO and Webflow (or learn scary-fast).
• Have run influencer or UGC campaigns that go beyond free meals and hope.
• Get the basics of menu engineering and hospitality operations — because great marketing works best when it matches what's happening on the floor.
