The Gig
- Location: Paddington, QLD
- Position: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: $80,000–$90,000 plus profit share
Your Role: The Heartbeat of the Floor As the Front of House Manager, you’ll be the face of hospitality — ensuring smooth service, upbeat energy, and memorable guest experiences every shift. From warm welcomes to efficient turnarounds, you’ll set the tone for excellence and fun.
You’ll be doing things like: - Leading daily FOH operations — greetings, seating, service, and smiles.
- Training, motivating, and mentoring your team to deliver consistently high standards.
- Driving sales through smart upselling of specials, sides, and beverages (cha-ching).
- Keeping the venue sparkling clean and organized — from dining area to bar.
- Managing rosters, inventory, and costs to keep operations running smoothly.
- Streamlining workflows to keep table turnover times efficient.
- Handling customer feedback with professionalism and positivity.
- Maintaining safety, hygiene, and compliance standards through regular audits.
