Marketing Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX
Full-time | 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
  
We are actively seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our clients growing team in Dallas, TX. This is an associate-level role, ideal for someone with 2–3 years of solid marketing experience who is eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  
While prior experience in the robotics or automation industry is not required, the ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in marketing, a proactive mindset, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, effective messaging.
  
Compensation

• Base Salary: $80,000, depending on experience
• Performance-based bonus potential and full benefits package

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns that support brand awareness and lead generation goals.
• Create engaging content for digital channels, including website, email, social media, and sales collateral.
• Support the execution of events, trade shows, and webinars — from planning through follow-up.
• Track and analyze marketing data to measure performance and optimize future initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure message alignment.
• Adapt global or corporate-level campaigns for the U.S. market.
• Help manage marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital asset libraries.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role (preferably B2B).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and a self-starter attitude.
