Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile individual with a blend of technical and functional expertise in ServiceNow. This role involves leading and delivering ServiceNow projects, engaging with clients during the sales cycle as a Sales Engineer, and taking ownership of technical leadership from discovery to implementation.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 12+ years in IT with a strong technology background.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow platform capabilities and product offerings, including but not limited to ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, GRC, ITOM, PPM, and App Engine.
- Hands-on experience implementing at least one ServiceNow product offering.
- ServiceNow certifications are a strong plus.
- Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication with strong articulation and analytical reasoning skills.
- Ability to document and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
Responsibilities: - Project Leadership:
- Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering, discovery sessions, and implementation planning.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure requirements are met.
- Represent stakeholder interests throughout planning, development, and release processes.
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
- Use interviews, workshops, document analysis, and workflow analysis to gather and analyze requirements.
- Document requirements in user stories, functional specifications, business requirement documents (BRDs), and other formats as necessary.
- Delivery Oversight:
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure requirements are developed, tested, and delivered to specifications.
- Assist QA teams during implementation to identify and address bugs or misunderstandings early.
- Conduct demos for customers and stakeholders, addressing feature requests and changes.
- Support and Adoption:
- Assist clients during UAT and production environments to ensure smooth adoption.
- Provide thought leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements.
- Consultancy:
- Identify areas of improvement in client environments and propose solutions in collaboration with the consultancy team.
- Communicate consultancy deliverables to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Lead multiple ServiceNow implementation projects to deliver measurable transformation for clients.
