Contracts Manager - Civil Engineering & Groundworks
 
£60,000-£70,000 + Company Vehicle/Car Allowance + Pension + Career Progression
Location: Staffordshire
 
We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and groundworks to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects, working with the autonomy to deliver schemes safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
 
You'll work closely with clients, site teams and commercial colleagues, leading projects from pre-construction through to completion while managing programmes, costs, subcontractors and contractual performance.
 
What You'll Need

• Proven Contracts Management experience within civil engineering or groundworks.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• SMSTS and a valid CSCS Card.
• Civil Engineering qualification, groundworks sector experience and Microsoft Project knowledge are advantageous.
