A well-established construction company with substantial expertise in their specific field, is expanding and looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team.  Leveraging their competitive business and outstanding reputation, this is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven professional to play a key role in pricing and securing a portfolio of projects.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive tenders 
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documents to produce detailed cost estimates
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Identify project risks, value engineering opportunities, and programme requirements
• Work closely with the Pre-Construction and Delivery teams to ensure seamless project handover
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates, construction techniques, and industry standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications with accuracy
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills
• Well-organised, commercially aware, and able to work to deadlines
