Business Development Manager
£60k - £80k + Commission

We're looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join a Managed Service Provider in the Midlands.
 
You'll be keen to capitalise on your ability to develop new opportunities and to benefit from your existing relationships to drive business growth.  This is a key role within the organisation and an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth strategy and delivering innovative IT solutions to a diverse client base.
 
 
What You'll Be Doing
 

• Identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities within SMEs in the Midlands.
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Presenting the company's full suite of managed IT services, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, support packages, and digital transformation offerings.
• Developing tailored proposals to meet client needs and position the business as a trusted technology partner.
• Working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and solution delivery.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets, pipeline goals, and revenue expectations.

 About You

• Proven experience in Business Development or IT Sales, ideally within an MSP or technology solutions environment.
• Strong understanding of managed services, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
• Confident communicator able to engage, influence, and present to stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline, nurture leads, and close deals effectively.
