Personal Assistant to Managing Director

£35,000 to £45,000 (dependent upon experience)
Our client is a well-established and respected construction sub-contractor based in the West Midlands, proudly working with Tier 1 main contractors across the region. As a growing business, they are looking for a proactive and highly organised PA to the Managing Director to support the leadership team and help drive the business forward.
The Opportunity
This is a unique and varied role that combines PA duties with marketing, construction administration, and business development support. You'll be at the heart of business operations, supporting the Managing Director and Head of Construction, as well as playing a key role in promoting the company and maintaining essential compliance.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is happy to get stuck in across a range of responsibilities. While experience in construction would be beneficial, it's not essential — the right attitude, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn are more important.
