Estimator,
To £60k (depending on experience),

We’re looking for an experienced Groundworks Estimator to join a forward-thinking, thriving construction company in the Midlands.  You’ll be highly capable and familiar with both digital and manual systems including Estimating software.  You’ll have significant experience in an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor role within groundworks.


What you’ll be doing

• Producing full take-offs
• Compiling buying lists for purchasing
• Re-measurements & cost evaluation during the tender process
• Facilitating the creation of Bills of Quantities
• Tender evaluations & documents
• Client liaison

Your skills, experience and qualifications

• You’ll have significant experience as an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor within groundworks
• You’ll have gained an industry recognised qualification in Estimating/QS (or equivalent)
• You’ll appreciate the need to work to deadlines and prioritise key tasks
