What You’ll Do:

• Escalation: Act as the go-to escalation point for Tier 1 Engineers
• Support: Provide first-class 2nd Line Support
• M365: Support M365 and other modern workplace technologies
• Network: Handle basic networking tasks
• Backup: Work with backup technologies to keep data safe
• Firewall: Troubleshoot basic firewall and routing issues

• Experience: Proven experience in 2nd tier user support functions
• Tech Skills: Strong working knowledge of Windows, M365, Active Directory, Intune, Entra, Defender, SharePoint, Firewalls, and Backups
• Efficiency: Ability to manage your helpdesk ticket queue effectively
• Commitment: A drive to resolve tickets swiftly meeting SLAs and targets
• Communication: Clear and effective communication skills

• Time Management: Excellent at managing and prioritising your time
• Communication: Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Fast-Paced: Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

• MS Certifications such as: MS-100/MS-101, MD-100/MD-101, AZ-900, MS-900, or equivalent
• ITIL Knowledge: Training or knowledge of ITIL
