The role:
  
Taking on this business critical role of Senior Cloud Engineer you will be responsible for working closely with customers to provide a high touch managed services partnership model and ensure a great customer experience.

You will be a key leader in our Cloud Operations and Engineering team across:  

• Management and maintenance of customer cloud environments.
• Architecting, designing and implementing various types of cloud solutions, with a focus on cloud native.
• Monitoring the managed services boards and responding to managed service requests and incidents.
• Contributing to the delivery of after-hours (24x7) managed services.
• Ensure service levels are maintained.
• Business and technical customer documentation.
• Operations customer services.
• Supporting Itoc’s sales team in pre-sales and account management activities.
• Contribution to the ongoing management and improvement of Itoc Operations processes, e.g. on-boarding, change management, incident management, and other ITSM processes.

About you:

To take up the challenge, you will have a depth of skills and experience including: 

• Relevant education and certification in the latest cloud technologies.
• Ability to contribute to the achievement and retention of Itoc’s industry certifications and accreditations, including individual business and technical certifications.
• Display a high level experience across hands-on technical / engineering roles.
• Experience and understanding across a range of AWS products.
