  This is a Recruitment Pool for consistent Casual and On-Call appointment(s) with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 13/04/2027.

We take pride in providing security for over 50 venues in Western Australia’s premium hospitality venues, including not only the iconic:

• UFC 305 at RAC Arena,
• Hotel Rottnest,
• Channel Swim,
• Port to Pub,
• Caves House NYE,
• Equestrian in the Park,
• Eutopia Festival Bunbury
• & of course New Years Eve (NYE paid DOUBLE TIME).  

We have shifts available for a range of events for our hospitality venues across the Perth Metropolitan area (North & South). Upon application you will need to enter your email address and answer a series of questions about your venue and position preference and qualifications. 
  
We are looking for team players who work well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will have a passion for outstanding customer service and embody our core values of Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Development & Excellence. The ideal candidates will be to provide an exceptional customer service oriented security completing the following;

• Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
• Maintaining and monitoring operational environment in relation to security and OSH
• Monitoring level of intoxication and control of licenced areas in accordance with OHS legislation, policies, and procedures
• Access control
• Gate entry, checking IDs & bag searches
• Security emergency response to incidents
• Strict compliance with Liquor Control Act, Security and Related Activities Control Act

To be successful in these roles you will have:

• Valid Western Australian Crowd Controller licence
• Current First Aid Certificate
• RSA certificate
• Relevant experience in reputable venues
• High standard of personal presentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability to work Saturday day and evening shifts
