This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, managing employee relations matters, and contributing to people initiatives that support business outcomes. You'll work closely with leaders and employees across the organisation, providing trusted advice and practical HR solutions in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
 
What you'll do:

 
As a trusted HR partner, you will:

• Build strong and effective relationships with leaders and employees across the business.
• Provide timely and practical advice on employee relations matters, performance management, workplace issues and people policies.
• Support leaders through a range of people-related activities, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
• Assist with the delivery of key People team projects and initiatives.
• Support the employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, onboarding, organisational changes and other HR administration activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and workplace obligations.

What you'll need to succeed:

 
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in a HR Business Partner, People Partner or similar role.
• Strong employee relations knowledge and experience managing workplace matters.
• Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational and communication skills.
• A customer-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively across a broad range of stakeholders.
• Experience within financial services or a regulated environment will be highly regarded.
