Play a key role in protecting investor interests and strengthening trust across Equity Trustees' managed investment schemes. This role combines compliance expertise, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement to ensure marketing and investor communications remain accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory obligations.
Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Governance, you'll join the Fund Disclosure team and work closely with investment managers and internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on specialist role with responsibility for marketing governance oversight and process enhancement.
What you'll do:
- Review marketing and investor communications including factsheets, newsletters, presentations, websites, and other promotional materials.
- Provide guidance to investment manager clients to support clear, compliant investor disclosures.
- Enhance and implement marketing governance frameworks, policies, and review processes.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess impacts on marketing activities.
- Prepare reporting for Boards and committees and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support website and digital content governance to ensure information remains current and compliant.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience in compliance, legal, marketing governance, or related roles within funds management, wealth management, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of investment management, managed investment schemes, regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience within a Responsible Entity or trustee environment will be highly regarded.
- Experience in designing policies or processes and driving process improvement in a regulated environment is well regarded.
