We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our growing Community Trusts team. Based in Perth, this full-time role works closely with First Nations communities, Aboriginal organisations, and local advisory groups across WA.
Reporting to the Lead, Community Trusts, you will represent Equity Trustees as Trustee across a portfolio of Native Title and community trusts. You will build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders while supporting the ongoing governance, administration and operational needs of each trust.
A key aspect of the role involves presenting and discussing trust financial information, including budgets, expenditure, investment performance and trustee decisions, with advisory groups and community representatives. Success in the role requires strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex information in a clear and accessible way.

What you'll do:
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, communities and stakeholders.
- Represent Equity Trustees at meetings, AGMs and advisory group meetings, delivering presentations on trust activities and financial matters.
- Present and explain trust financial information, including budgets, expenditure and allocations, in a clear and practical manner.
- Support trust decision-making processes, governance activities and committee operations.
- Coordinate trust administration, compliance obligations and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Work closely with internal teams and external providers to deliver positive outcomes for trust beneficiaries and communities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication and service delivery.
What you'll need to succeed: - Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and discuss financial information confidently.
- Experience communicating financial, business or governance information to a range of stakeholders.
- A confident communication and presentation style, with the ability to adapt your approach to different audiences.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management experience in complex environments.
- The ability to navigate sensitive and confidential discussions with empathy, professionalism and cultural awareness.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A continuous improvement mindset and practical approach to problem solving.
- Perth-based and willing to travel locally for client meetings and community engagement activities.
