Are you an experienced product disclosure, governance or funds management professional with a passion for ensuring high-quality, compliant investment product disclosures? We're looking for a Senior Manager, Product Disclosure & Governance to join our Corporate Trustee Services (CTS) team.
 
In this specialist role, you'll provide subject matter expertise across investment products and disclosure obligations, helping to ensure Equity Trustees delivers accurate, compliant and market-leading disclosure documents across a diverse range of managed funds, unit trusts and ETFs. Working closely with investment managers, legal advisers and internal stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in strengthening disclosure governance frameworks while supporting the delivery of exceptional client outcomes.
 
What you'll do:

• Provide subject matter expertise on investment products, disclosure obligations and product governance requirements across managed funds, unit trusts and ETFs
• Review and edit Product Disclosure Statements (PDSs), Information Memoranda (IMs), Target Market Determinations (TMDs) and other disclosure documents, providing drafting support where required, to ensure accuracy, compliance and alignment with industry best practice
• Conduct disclosure reviews and verification activities, challenging assumptions and ensuring appropriate supporting evidence is maintained
• Assess disclosure impacts arising from product changes, investment strategy changes and evolving regulatory requirements
• Build trusted relationships with investment managers, legal advisers, fund administrators and internal stakeholders to drive high-quality disclosure outcomes
• Present disclosure matters, risks and governance considerations to Disclosure Due Diligence and Product Governance Committees
• Support the ongoing enhancement of Equity Trustees' disclosure governance framework, policies, procedures and controls while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and risk management outcomes

What you'll need to succeed:

• Demonstrated experience in product management, product governance or disclosure management within funds management, asset management, wealth management, trustee or responsible entity businesses
• Minimum 8 years' experience in financial services, with significant exposure to disclosure management, product governance, legal, compliance or related functions
• Extensive experience reviewing, managing and drafting regulated disclosure documents, including PDSs, IMs, TMDs and other investor disclosure materials
• Deep understanding of managed funds, investment products, fund structures, asset classes and disclosure obligations under the Corporations Act and ASIC regulatory framework
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to provide practical guidance to investment managers, clients and business stakeholders
• Proven ability to assess regulatory change, identify disclosure risks and implement effective governance outcomes
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or a related discipline
