Reporting to the Head of Onboarding, New Business, this role is responsible for supporting the delivery of fund lifecycle solutions for domestic and international asset managers, including fund establishment, fund terminations and service provider transitions. The position plays a key role in coordinating onboarding, transition and termination activities while ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the process.
You will work closely with Investment Managers, Administrators, Custodians, Lawyers and internal stakeholders to support the successful implementation of new funds, service provider transitions and fund closure projects. This role offers excellent exposure across the full fund lifecycle and provides a strong foundation for career growth within Fund Services.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the onboarding, transition and termination of managed investment schemes and related fund structures.
- Assisting with the coordination of fund establishment, service provider transitions and fund wind-up projects.
- Managing project trackers, workflow systems and Salesforce records to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
- Assisting with preparation of committee papers, approval documentation and supporting materials relating to fund transactions.
- Assisting with legal, contractual and operational documentation required for fund onboarding and transitions.
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout fund lifecycle events.
- Supporting Investment Managers, service providers and clients through onboarding, transition and termination activities.
- Organising and participating in project meetings and stakeholder calls.
- Ensuring all activities are completed in accordance with internal policies, service standards and regulatory requirements.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across onboarding, transition and termination processes.
What You'll Need to Succeed - At least 2 years' experience within financial services, ideally in funds management, trustee services, custody, fund administration or a related environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the funds management industry.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- A client-focused approach with a proactive and flexible mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capability.
- A continuous improvement mindset and desire to learn.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or a related discipline.
