Step into a role that will help transform how work gets done across Equity Trustees. As our Workflow Automation Specialist, you'll design and deliver workflow automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support better business outcomes across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Solutions Delivery, this role sits within our Technology & Projects team and works closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technology specialists. This is a hands-on specialist role responsible for designing, developing and supporting workflow automation solutions using Nintex and Microsoft 365 technologies.
About the Role
- Design, build and support workflow automation solutions using the Nintex platform
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Deliver integrations across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL, Azure and related platforms
- Ensure solutions meet governance, security and compliance requirements
- Facilitate testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation of workflow solutions
- Contribute to automation standards, best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders adopting automated processes
What You'll Need to Succeed - Demonstrated experience delivering solutions on the Nintex Workflow Platform
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint and workflow automation technologies
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Experience working within a regulated environment will be highly regarded
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry certifications
