Are you an experienced trust professional or strong administrator (willing to learn) looking to lead meaningful client outcomes while managing a diverse portfolio of trusts? We're looking for a Trust Manager to join our Continuing Trusts team, where you'll use your technical expertise, relationship management skills, and client-focused approach to support beneficiaries and their families while ensuring the effective administration of complex trust arrangements.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of testamentary and inter-vivos trusts, providing trusted advice and support to beneficiaries, families, solicitors, accountants, and other stakeholders. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client outcomes while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, fiduciary obligations, and organisational policies.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with beneficiaries, families, legal representatives, accountants, and other stakeholders to deliver positive client outcomes.
- Prepare reports, recommendations, and submissions for Management and Committee review, supporting timely and informed decision-making.
- Resolve complex and, at times, contentious client matters through proactive communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Ensure accurate trust administration, account management, and record keeping while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, build rapport, and navigate sensitive client situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities and complex matters independently.
- A continuous improvement mindset, high attention to detail, and strong Microsoft Office skills.
What we offer: - A warm, open, and supportive culture
- An attractive remuneration package, including reward and recognition programs
- An employee wellness program, including discounted health insurance and an employee assistance program
- A workplace volunteering and giving program to enable you to help others in the community
- We are proud to be part of the Top 30 Best Workplaces to Giveback 2024
