We're looking for a Business Intelligence & Solutions Analyst to join our Trustee & Wealth Services team, where you'll play a key role in transforming data into strategic intelligence, supporting innovation, and helping shape business and product performance across the organisation. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of data, systems, and stakeholders, developing reporting solutions, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering insights that support both tactical and strategic business outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Analyse product, operational, and business performance data to identify trends, dependencies, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and automate data solutions through ETL processes, integrating, cleansing, and transforming data from multiple sources to improve reporting and business intelligence capabilities
- Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI and Salesforce Analytics, enabling data-driven decision making across the business
- Conduct quantitative analysis and modelling to support product performance, sales, operational effectiveness, and strategic business initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to scope, design, and implement business and system improvements, ensuring solutions are sustainable, efficient, and aligned to business objectives
- Promote data governance, maintain information and knowledge repositories, and proactively identify data quality issues while recommending integrity controls and improvements
- Deliver analytical insights, reporting education, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that enhance data literacy and business understanding across the organisation
- Support continuous improvement, innovation, and compliance activities while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture
What you'll need to succeed: - Tertiary qualifications in Data Science, Actuarial Studies, Mathematics, Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations
- Experience working with reporting, visualisation, and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Analytics, and advanced Excel
- Experience developing, testing, and deploying ETL solutions, with knowledge of SQL, Python, VBA, or similar programming and query languages
- Demonstrated ability to design technical solutions, analyse business requirements, and support system and process enhancements
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms and exposure to financial services, trustee services, or related industries will be highly regarded
