We're looking for a Team Leader Client Support Officers to join our Health and Personal Injury team, where you'll combine hands-on client service with leadership, ensuring our clients and their families receive exceptional, compassionate support every step of the way.
This role offers the opportunity to lead by example, coordinating workflow across the Client Support Officer team while continuing to deliver the full suite of client services, you're passionate about. You'll support consistency, smooth operations, and act as a central point of coordination for the team.
What you'll do:
- Receive and action client enquiries promptly, supporting Client Relationship Managers with administrative tasks, tribunal submissions, annual reviews, and compliance matters
- Lead and support a team of five, monitoring workflow to ensure tasks are distributed fairly and driving increased productivity and quality across the team
- Ensure compliance with tribunal principles, Trust Deeds, and policies, actively maintaining beneficiary databases and managing multiple trust inboxes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver consistently excellent client experiences
- Proactively identify and escalate compliance incidents, demonstrating adherence to privacy legislation, equal opportunity, and occupational health and safety requirements
- Provide support to colleagues, fostering a collaborative national team environment that is high performing, engaged, and committed
What you'll need to succeed: - Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage people to achieve results, including supporting teams through change while balancing delivery expectations with workforce capacity
- Strong ability to prioritise complex and heavy workloads, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills for handling intricate queries
- Sound knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite, with a continuous improvement mindset to create efficiencies while managing risk
- Experience working in the trustee industry, or similar experience in the financial or legal sector dealing with a specialised cross-section of stakeholders (desirable)
- A respectful, kind, and resilient approach, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
