An exciting opportunity to join Equity Trustees' Corporate Trustee Services team and support the growth of our securitisation and debt capital markets portfolio. This role is well‑suited to an experienced Associate with a trust management, securities or broader financial services background who is keen to contribute to high‑quality trust management and exceptional client service across complex fixed‑income, securitisation and loan market transactions.
This is a front‑to‑middle office role, combining operational excellence with direct client engagement, exposure to live transactions, and strong learning and development support.
 
About the Role
 
Reporting to senior leadership within Debt & Securitisation Services, you will play a key role in managing the operational delivery and trust management aspects of securitisation and debt transactions, ensuring they are carried out accurately and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Support trust management activities across securitisation and structured finance transactions, including document review and investor reporting.
• Prepare and distribute monthly investor reports, RBA and ESMA Repo reporting, and manage payment instructions and enquiries.
• Manage assigned clients and transactions across fixed‑income bonds, securitisations and loan markets, ensuring obligations and cash flows are processed accurately.
• Coordinate new bond issuances, maintain bond registers, and set up deal requirements in internal control systems.
• Act as a point of contact for assigned clients — fostering strong relationships and addressing enquiries with confidence.
• Support new client onboarding, contribute to team projects, and collaborate to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain processes, compliance records and documentation, while ensuring adherence to legislation, policies and internal risk frameworks.
• Some travel may be required as part of the role.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' experience in Corporate Trust or financial services.
• Experience supporting securitisation from a trust management perspective will be highly regarded.
• Strong numeracy, excellent attention to detail and ability to organise and prioritise work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a calm, positive and client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with team members in multiple locations.
• A proactive approach, willingness to take initiative and a commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes.
