This is a key strategic role where you'll lead the optimisation of our finance technology ecosystem—ensuring accurate reporting, efficient processes, and scalable insights. Reporting to the General Manager, Group Financial Control, you'll set the roadmap for finance systems, drive automation and integration, and partner with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and Risk to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Own the strategy, optimisation, and governance of finance systems, ensuring compliance and data integrity
• Lead system implementations and integrations, including Workday remediation and Adaptive Planning rollout
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance automation
• Develop and maintain a finance systems roadmap to support efficiency and scalability
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver projects such as OCR integration, new finance modules (Prism, Accounting Centre), and contract optimisation
• Provide user support, training, and ensure best practice in system use and controls

 
What you'll need to succeed
 

• Proven experience managing finance systems or ERP landscapes in large, complex organisations
• Strong technology background with understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning highly regarded; other ERP experience considered
• Ability to lead implementations, upgrades, and integrations, including stakeholder engagement and change management
• Excellent communication skills with strong EQ and ability to influence at all levels
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Information Systems
• CA/CPA qualification desirable
