An exciting opportunity to lead trust management for complex securitisation transactions. As part of our Corporate Trustee Services team, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our securitisation business and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. This position offers exposure to sophisticated deal structures, financial modelling, and stakeholder engagement in a dynamic and expanding market.
About the Role
- Manage securitisation and structured finance transactions from a trust management perspective.
- Review deal transaction documents for compliance with operational requirements.
- Update securitisation models using Servicer Report data and prepare and distribute monthly investor reports.
- Prepare and distribute RBA Repo reporting for eligible securities.
- Maintain bond registers and ledgers as required.
- Oversee client relationships and ensure trust management service levels are met.
- Assist with new client onboarding and review deal transaction documentation from a trust management perspective.
- Build and maintain financial models based on deal transaction documentation using Excel and SecureHub.
- Contribute to process improvements and participate in ad hoc projects.
What You Need - Bachelor's degree with significant experience in corporate trust or financial services, ideally with securitisation and structured finance transactions.
- Proven ability to build and run financial models.
- Strong attention to detail, numeracy and data analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
