We’re seeking a hands-on leader to manage key operational functions across a diverse portfolio of clients and managed funds. This role leads a high-performing team responsible for fund invoicing, revenue reporting, RG97 fee disclosure oversight, and operations for property and non-standard assets across our Small APRA Funds portfolio.

About the role:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on client service and operational excellence.
- Lead a team responsible for fund invoicing, management reporting of revenue, and fee disclosure oversight.
- Lead the processes of debtor management to ensure timely collection of Equity Trustees fees.
- Lead to process of recording, coding and approving supplier invoices and ensure the timely and accurate payment of supplier invoices.
- Manage custody operations for property and non-standard assets within Small APRA Funds.
- Deliver accurate and timely management reporting associated with Revenue and supplier expenses to Group Finance and senior leaders.
- Co-ordinate information and act as the key liaison person with external and internal auditors across portfolio.
- Resolve stakeholder queries related to fund expenses and invoicing.
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and controls including playing a key role in transformation projects.
- Support compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
- Play an integral role in delivering Fund remediation programs such as unit pricing errors or other Fund incidents.
What You’ll Need to Succeed - Experience in the investment/funds management/superannuation industry.
- Experience in a finance operations role which may include accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing.
- Knowledge of ASIC regulations guides and legislation relevant to managed funds.
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or similar.
- CA or CPA qualifications are highly regarded.
