We are seeking an Associate, Operations & Oversight to join our Corporate Trustee Services team. Reporting to the Manager, Operations & Oversight, this role plays a key part in delivering day-to-day operational support for our managed funds and client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with regular operational tasks including filings with service providers, regulatory authorities, and government bodies.
• Support the set-up of managed investment schemes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Help with custody and bank account openings for managed funds.
• Manage ongoing operational requirements such as market account renewals and overseas tax relief documentation.
• Process fund-related expenses and payments and assist with ad-hoc operational tasks.
• Maintain procedure documentation and contribute to process improvements.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support broader business projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislation and manage risk within the business unit.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Experience or exposure to the managed funds industry - fund administration, custody, or investment operations highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance, or working towards one, with an interest in fund administration.
