This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career or looking to transition into the fields of Native Title, Trustee services, or Finance. You'll work closely with experienced Relationship Managers, gaining exposure to complex stakeholder environments while developing your skills in client service, governance, and cultural engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing relationships with Traditional Owner groups, clients, and community stakeholders
• Support the coordination of meetings, events, and communications with Indigenous communities
• Help prepare documentation, reports, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the delivery of trustee and financial services, ensuring compliance and cultural sensitivity
• Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and stakeholder engagement

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities
• Experience or interest in Native Title, Trustee services, or Finance is highly regarded
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Law, Community Development) are desirable but not essential
