As Senior Manager, Disclosure Compliance, you will play a key role in ensuring Equity Trustees delivers high-quality, compliant disclosure documents across our managed investment schemes and trustee services. Reporting directly to the Head of Disclosure & Marketing Governance, this is a senior specialist role where your expertise will directly shape and uplift the quality of EQT's disclosure practices.
About the role
- Review and provide input into key disclosure documents (e.g. PDS, prospectuses, Information Memoranda, fact sheets, TMD) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity.
- Act as a trusted advisor on disclosure compliance, bringing a seasoned perspective to complex regulatory and governance requirements.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, investment managers, legal advisors, and service providers to maintain best practice standards.
- Lead and mentor a small team (one direct report), and work alongside the process management team, contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing the quality and timeliness of disclosure outputs across the business.
This is a high-level, senior role — you'll be the "go-to" person for disclosure oversight, stepping away from the mechanics of document drafting and instead reviewing, advising, and setting the standard.
What you need to succeed - Extensive experience (7+ years) in disclosure compliance, ideally within funds management; superannuation exposure is highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of trustee/Responsible Entity obligations, disclosure regulations, and managed fund governance.
- Proven track record in reviewing and uplifting offer documents within a regulated environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset.
- Leadership capability, with the ability to coach and influence both direct reports and stakeholders.
What we offer: - A warm, open, and supportive culture.
- An attractive remuneration package, including reward and recognition programs.
- An employee wellness program, including discounted health insurance and an employee assistance program.
