Join our Native Title & Community Trusts team in Perth and play a key role in delivering exceptional client service to Aboriginal clients in Western Australia. As a Client Services Officer, you will support Native Title beneficiaries by responding to enquiries, assisting with applications, and ensuring trust distributions are delivered in a culturally sensitive and professional way.
 
You'll manage client interactions with care and accuracy while ensuring compliance with trust policies, maintaining beneficiary records, and helping improve processes. This is a role where empathy, respect, and attention to detail truly make a difference in people's lives.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage client enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Support clients with applications and assess them against trust policies.
• Maintain beneficiary databases and records across multiple trusts.
• Ensure compliance and escalate issues where required.
• Assist with trust meetings, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including monthly reconciliations of travel and store accounts.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Experience working with diverse communities, with the ability to engage sensitively and respectfully.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with empathy and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage heavy workloads, multiple priorities, and complex client needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Experience in the Trustee or financial services industry or with specialised stakeholder groups.
