This is a unique opportunity to join our Health & Personal Injury investment team, supporting vulnerable clients with care, empathy, and professionalism.
What you’ll do:
- Provide high-quality support in delivering financial solutions in the area of Health and Personal Injury
- Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers to provide subject matter expertise in financial advice to vulnerable clients
- Attend client meetings alongside the Client Relationship Manager
- Develop and review investment strategies and portfolio reports aligned with fiduciary principles of ‘Prudent Person’
- Work alongside a team of highly qualified advisers to gain hands-on experience across the fiduciary investment process.
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking someone with empathy, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in having real, everyday conversations with clients. You may be a paraplanner, client services professional, or an associate adviser looking to gain more client-facing experience.
You’ll bring: - FASEA-approved qualifications
- 2 – 4 years’ experience in customer service, paraplanning role or related role in financial planning
- Knowledge across financial planning areas in particular superannuation, social security and aged care.
- Interest in macroeconomic trends and their impact on markets
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
- Empathy and care when working with clients affected by personal injury
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex ideas in simple terms
- Confidence to make sound, independent decisions when needed
