Based in our Melbourne office, you'll join our Technology & Projects team as part of the IT Graduate Program, where you'll gain real-world experience in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. You'll work closely with experienced professionals across Infrastructure and Application Support, gaining exposure to a broad range of technologies and contributing to key activities that keep our systems running smoothly. With structured training, hands-on projects, and ongoing mentorship, you'll develop confidence, capability, and the skills needed for a successful future in technology.
About the Role
- Providing first-line support for enterprise applications, system access, and end-user requests
- Troubleshooting incidents, managing service requests, and escalating issues when required
- Assisting with application audits, user provisioning, and deprovisioning activities
- Participating in application testing, patching, and update cycles
- Supporting documentation and knowledgebase development
- Engaging in service improvement initiatives and reporting
- Learning to manage tasks using IT service management (ITSM) tools
What You'll Need to Succeed - A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- A basic understanding of enterprise IT environments and application support concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curious and detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from others
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
- A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for professional growth and continuous improvement
