We are currently seeking a Custody Manager to join our CTS team. Reporting to the Head of Custody, this role plays a key part in managing a portfolio of high-value custody clients across a variety of asset classes—real assets, debt, credit, loans, cash, and securities. You'll help deliver tailored custody solutions for asset managers operating in Australia, ensuring service excellence while supporting key operational processes and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and support a portfolio of custody clients, ensuring smooth service delivery across all asset classes
· Assist in the negotiation and documentation of new custody appointments
· Prepare documents for execution and manage asset transactions
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, asset managers, and key internal and external stakeholders
· Coordinate onboarding processes and contribute to custody-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
· Experience in financial services, ideally with at least 3- 5 years of custody experience
· Strong knowledge of custody operations and an understanding of trustee obligations
· Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
· High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
· Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally experience with systems such as NavOne and Salesforce
· Tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting, Finance, Law or related disciplines are desirable
