We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced relationship manager to join our Corporate Superannuation Trustees Services (CSTS) team. In this role, you’ll oversee a portfolio of corporate trustee clients operating in the managed funds industry, managing both the relationship and operational compliance within Equity Trustees’ robust framework.
You'll act as a key client contact, oversee operational compliance, coordinate key client and fund changes and ensuring best-in-class service and governance.
About the Role
- Represent Equity Trustees to the market and foster strong, trusted client relationships
- Meet with clients/ service providers on a regular basis and manage key account plans for strategic clients
- Manage all aspects of operational compliance for an allocated group of corporate trust clients
- Assist the Oversight and Monitoring team with due diligence and oversight of investment managers and service providers
- Project manage client and fund lifecycle events including fund product changes, service provider changes, new share classes, listings/ delisting’s, fund transitions, and terminations
- Work alongside the Disclosure team to project manage end to end production of offer document and TMD’s
- Present to internal decision-making committee’s
- Oversee and approve fund expenses and debtors to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely recovery of outstanding amounts
- Work alongside the Onboarding team to seamlessly transition new clients/ funds into day to day BAU
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and deliver great outcomes
- Contribute to broader business initiatives and a high-performing team culture
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Solid experience in investment/funds management or trustee services
- Working knowledge of fund operations, custodian/administrator functions, and compliance
- A good understanding of financial markets, governance, and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple clients and projects
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Accounting
