We are currently seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our Enterprise Risk team. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, this is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a career in risk and compliance. The role plays a key part in supporting the implementation of Equity Trustees’ enterprise-wide Compliance Management Framework, helping ensure a strong system of compliance monitoring and control management across the business.

Key Responsibilities”

• Assist in the development and monitoring of compliance obligations and controls across the business
• Support the management of regulatory change and obligations registers
• Contribute to incident and breach management, as well as dispute handling oversight
• Assist with regulatory relationship management and correspondence
• Perform compliance-related analysis and help drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Gain exposure to group-wide policies such as Modern Slavery reporting and regulatory obligations

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Tertiary qualification in Law, Business, or Risk Management
• Desire to build a career in compliance, risk, or governance
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage varying stakeholder expectations
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and work as part of a team
• A continuous improvement approach to problem-solving and process design
