Join our Community and Native Title Trusts team in providing culturally sensitive support and exceptional service to Aboriginal clients in Western Australia. As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting Native Title Relationship Managers by overseeing crucial operational, administrative, logistical, and compliance processes for key Native Title Trusts. Your responsibilities will also include nurturing relationships with Land Councils, Aboriginal Corporations, external service providers, regulatory bodies, and property management.
About the Role
- Assist in presenting financial and trustee reports
- Support Trust' operational functions
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues
- Ensure actions align with trust requirements
- Resolve conflicts and collaborate with stakeholders
- Identify and escalate compliance incidents
What you'll Need to Succeed - Experience working with Aboriginal communities, their representative organisations, and not-for-profit organisations
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Empathy, resilience, and adaptability when working with diverse clients and cultures
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
