Billi is looking for an experienced and commercially minded State Sales Manager to lead our Western Australian sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, developing Key Account Managers, managing strategic customer relationships, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for leading the WA sales function, developing and executing state-level sales strategies, and ensuring the team delivers against revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.

This role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on account management, making it ideal for a sales leader who enjoys both developing people and building customer relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Key Account Managers.
• Drive sales growth, market share and new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow key customer relationships.
• Deliver sales forecasts, reporting and budget management.
• Collaborate across the business to achieve outstanding customer outcomes.

• Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of driving results.
• Strong account management and business development skills.
• Commercially minded with experience in forecasting and budgeting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• CRM proficiency and a customer-first approach.
• Valid driver's licence.
