We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Inside Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a fast-paced, varied role that combines sales support, customer service, order management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for customer and sales enquiries.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Process sales orders, returns, credits, and freight bookings.
• Track deliveries and provide customer updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity in CRM systems.
• Coordinate installations and upgrades with internal service teams.
• Prepare sales reports and provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and Service teams to achieve the best outcomes for customers.

About You

• Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, internal sales, or a similar support role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• CRM experience (Salesforce experience highly regarded).
