We're looking for a driven Key Account Manager - South Island & Wellington to grow Billi's market presence across New Zealand. In this field-based role, you'll develop strategic relationships with plumbing merchants, commercial plumbers, builders, architects, designers and retailers to drive specification opportunities, grow sales and increase market share.

What you'll be doing

• Grow sales and market share across the South Island and Wellington region.
• Build and maintain relationships with merchants, plumbers, builders, architects, designers and retailers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Deliver product presentations, training and education to key stakeholders.
• Influence specifications and purchasing decisions to drive sales growth.
• Manage and grow existing key accounts through regular engagement and relationship building.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity and market intelligence.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

About you

• Proven experience in account management, sales or business development.
• Experience working with plumbers, plumbing merchants and builders.
• Experience with architects, designers or retail channels highly regarded.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Commercially minded and results-driven.
• CRM experience and strong organisational skills.
• Confident communicator and presenter.
• Current driver's licence.
