As our Technical Document Specialist you'll own and govern technical documentation across Billi's core product portfolio. Reporting to the Engineering Manager (Core Products), you'll work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Compliance to ensure engineering and manufacturing documentation is accurate, compliant, current and audit‑ready, supporting engineering change control and product governance and the integrity of product designs. 

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and control product technical documentation, including drawings, BOMs, specifications, manuals and procedures across the product portfolio 
• Coordinate engineering change documentation, version control and release processes ensuring changes are accurately captured, traceable and released in line with governance requirements 
• Own document control governance, audit readiness and documentation standards 
• Ensure Product Technical Files are complete, current and ready for internal and external audits at all times 

About You
You have strong technical writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and take genuine pride in documentation quality. As someone who understands that accurate, controlled records are foundational to product safety, compliance and engineering integrity, you are genuinely committed to process discipline and high documentation standards.

• Qualification in Technical Communication, Engineering, Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience) 
• Experience in technical authoring, document control or engineering documentation ideally within a manufacturing, regulated or quality-managed environment 
• Comfortable working directly with engineers, interpreting technical documentation and working within document management systems and controlled release processes
