Our high performing sales operations team is expanding to support this mission. Join an energetic team who play a pivotal role in keeping our sales operations running smoothly. From supporting customers and processing orders to partnering closely with our field and internal teams to deliver an exceptional Billi experience every time.

What you’ll be doing

You'll be the go‑to person for sales support including:

• Acting as the first point of contact for sales enquiries by phone and email
• Processing regional sales orders accurately and ensuring timely dispatch
• Managing credit card transactions, RMAs, credits and coordinating freight
• Updating CRM records (NetSuite) with customer interactions, next steps and reporting data
• Preparing quotes, proposals, brochures and sales collateral
• Coordinating installations and upgrades with State Service Team Leaders
• Supporting sales representatives with lead and opportunity management
• Providing administrative support to the Sales Leadership Team
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer outcomes
• Completing daily, weekly and monthly reports

About you
You’re organised, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

You bring:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail
• Confidence using CRM/ERP systems (NetSuite and/or Salesforce desirable)
• Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office
• A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams
• Previous experience in sales support or customer service
