About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Key Account Manager to manage and grow corporate and Facilities Management (FM) accounts within the state. This role blends strategic account management with hands‑on execution, driving sales growth, strengthening long‑term partnerships, and ensuring lifecycle and Service In Field (SIF) compliance.
  
What you’ll be doing

• Manage and grow key corporate and FM accounts across the state
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements and service contracts
• Drive sales growth across service, maintenance and unit replacement programs
• Conduct site audits and lifecycle analysis to support preventative maintenance
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the corporate/FM sector
• Build strong pipelines for planned and reactive maintenance and unit sales
• Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver insightful reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored customer solutions

About you

• Proven experience in corporate or FM account management
• Strong track record managing large accounts and negotiating agreements
• Commercially astute with a strong customer focus
• Highly organised with excellent planning and project management skills
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and influencing ability
• CRM‑savvy with a data‑driven approach
• Collaborative, adaptable and results‑driven
