In this field‑based, customer-facing role, you will lead high‑performing field service teams to deliver exceptional installation, maintenance and repair services. You’ll play a key part in strengthening customer relationships, driving operational efficiency and fostering a strong performance culture that reflects our company values.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support Service Team Leader and Technicians to achieve strong service outcomes.
• Oversee service delivery, ensuring timely, high‑quality work and exceptional customer experience.
• Drive operational excellence through reporting, continuous improvement and effective resource management.
• Champion safety, compliance and quality across all field operations.
• Support business initiatives, technical escalations and key customer projects as required.
