Our People & Culture team is expanding to support this mission. As our People Advisor, you’ll be the go‑to expert for people leaders across Australia & New Zealand. You’ll use your judgement to guide performance, conduct and policy matters - knowing when to escalate and when to own it. You’ll also take the lead on selected recruitment, policy updates, HRIS workflows and system improvements.

Alongside this, you’ll have a unique opportunity to work with our WHS Manager by running the ANZ audit cycle, maintaining ISO aligned document control and supporting our safety committee.

A day in the life

• Advising managers on performance, conduct, concerns and day‑to‑day ER matters
• Supporting team members with advice and coaching
• Running end‑to‑end recruitment for selected roles
• Supporting HRIS implementation and workflow testing
• Owning WHS audit set‑up, evidence collection and action tracking
• Maintaining HR/WHS controlled documents (ISO 9001 alignment)
• Driving follow up actions for the quarterly Safety Committee
• Working on interesting projects designed to enable performance and growth

More about you

• Solid HR Advisor experience with ER/IR exposure
• Strong judgement and confidence advising managers independently
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working with systems (HRIS, safety systems, digital workflows)
• Curiosity to expand your skillset into WHS systems, audits, and ISO processes
