In this fast-paced, results-focused role, you’ll build and strengthen relationships with Plumbing Merchants, Plumbers, Builders and Developers, proactively source and secure new development opportunities, and manage leads through to conversion. Working collaboratively across teams, you’ll use your CRM expertise, sales experience and industry knowledge to deliver win–win outcomes and make a genuine impact on brand growth.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Plumbing Merchants, Plumbers, Builders and Developers
• Engage consistently and professionally with key clients to drive growth
• Source, qualify and secure development opportunities across trade and merchant networks
• Manage all leads and opportunities to achieve optimal sales results
• Maintain accurate CRM records to support sales and marketing activity

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in sales or business development
• Proven experience working with Plumbing Merchants (essential)
• Strong CRM capability and data confidence
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and deliver win–win outcomes
