This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by managing service bookings, coordinating technician schedules, and resolving customer enquiries. You’ll act as the key link between customers and the service team, ensuring timely, accurate and professional support from the first contact through to job completion.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate service bookings, technician schedules and maintenance activities
• Manage inbound service calls, emails and customer enquiries with professionalism
• Prepare quotes, update portals and ensure all job information is accurate and on time
• Liaise with technicians and service agents to meet service standards
• Educate customers on service offerings, product benefits and billing

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in customer service and handling enquiries or complaints
• Strong communication, organisation, and time‑management skills
• Professional phone manner and confident use of Microsoft Office
• A proactive, solution‑focused approach and ability to manage a high volume of tasks
• Experience with MYOB, Timetrak or customer management portals
