As an experienced Service Technician, you’ll be a key player in our team, making sure our customers enjoy crystal-clear, instant filtered water - the premium kind. You’ll take care of installation, maintenance, and repairs of Billi systems, all while delivering a professional and personable experience.

• Start from your first service call - no office check-in
• Chat with customers, then dive into installs, maintenance, or repairs
• Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and get things flowing
• Keep your van stocked and gear ready

What you'll need

• Plumbing trade certificate (nice to have)
• Hands-on experience with water system installs, maintenance & repairs
• A knack for great customer service
• Sharp troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Confidence working solo, with team support when needed
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
