As our Accounts Receivable Officer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting internal and external stakeholders with professional and efficient service. You’ll be the go-to person for resolving payment queries, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding debts and resolve payment issues
• Reconcile accounts and process daily banking
• Issue monthly statements and manage aged trial balances
• Assist with credit checks and new account setup
• Support dispute resolution and report debt risks
• Contribute to month-end reporting and team improvements

 What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Suite skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• NetSuite experience (preferred)
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
