We have a new opportunity for a candidate who has experience as a Door Technician or has worked in Electrical/ mechanical fields as a service technician. 
Potential to obtain EST ( Electrical service technician ) ticket.

We are looking for a reliable person, who enjoys being part of a team, that values and treats them as part of the family.

• Monday- Friday - 8am-4.30pm Min of 40 hours.
• $28-38/ hour DOE, 1.5X A/H.
• Training is provided as required. 

What's involved:

• Repair and diagnose faults in all types of entrance systems.
• Service, maintenance and installation of auto doors, roller doors, manual doors, high speed doors and gates.
• Full training and upskilling programme
• Pathway to Electrical Service Technician
• Site to site repairs for breakdowns or planned maintenance

Skills required: 

• Ideally experience in the Door industry.
• Experience in the trades industry such as; electrical, mechanical engineering, joinery.
• Experience and willingness to work with mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Full drivers licence essentia 
• This role will work service the greater Wellington area. Head office is in Porirua, Work vehicle provided.  
• Will be required to pass vetting for the Department of Corrections, NZ police and Avsec.
