Experienced Accounts Receivable officer for a July placement, with a large manufacturing company, based in Rotorua.
Our Client is looking for an Experienced Accounts Receivable officer temp for July 2026, the position has good school hours and is based in Rotorua. If you are looking to gain experience in a large NZ manufacturing company, this would be an excellent opportunity.
About you:
- A minimum of 3 years accounting experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate clearly, concisely and sensitively.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to cope with high volume transactions
- Flexibility to accommodate change and provide services to meet internal and external customer needs.
- Excellent time management/organisational/project skills.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
- Highly customer service focused with ability to maintain excellent internal and external customer relationships.
Knowledge/Experience:
Excellent knowledge and experience in accounting fundamentals and proven understanding of key finance modules.
Knowledge and experience in ERP system(s), ideally in a manufacturing environment, and the workings of integration transaction flows.
Knowledge and experience in intercompany transactions would be advantageous.
